Shopping Cart — Items are not reserved in your cart. Your order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and you receive a confirmation email.


Limits — Purchase limits are set on select high-demand varieties to allow more customers access. Please respect these limits. Orders exceeding stated limits will be adjusted and refunded accordingly.


Substitutions — As a small farm, we do not offer substitutions. In the event of inventory loss between purchase and shipment, you will be notified via email and refunded for the unavailable item(s).


Dahlia Tuber Shipping — We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will ship in mid-April, once the risk of freezing temperatures has passed.
Shipping rates:
1–3 tubers: $12.00
4–10 tubers: $18.00


Lost or Damaged Packages — Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to USPS. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.


Order Changes & Cancellations — Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.


Tuber Quality Guarantee — We take great pride in the quality of our tubers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All tubers are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us at theflowerhouse.in@gmail.com within 7 days with any concerns. After 7 days, the buyer assumes full responsibility. We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions, pests, soil conditions, or improper care.


Virus Policy — Throughout the growing season, we closely monitor our plants and promptly remove any showing signs of virus. In addition to careful culling, we use organic pest management practices, release beneficial insects multiple times throughout the season, and sanitize our snips between each plant during harvest.


Despite these efforts, viruses are common in dahlias—an estimated 80–90% may carry one or more viruses, often without visible symptoms. By purchasing these tubers, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.


For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds for tubers that later show signs of virus.
